1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of 77pu Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming law as administered by PAGCOR. 77pu strictly enforces this restriction and conducts age verification at the KYC stage.

4. Account Registration & KYC

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on 77pu at any time. Multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth confirming 21+ eligibility, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if it changes.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at 77pu's discretion in connection with any deposit or account activity, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, driver's licence (LTO), passport, PRC Professional ID, and SSS/GSIS ID. 77pu reserves the right to request additional documentation where required by PAGCOR regulations or anti-money laundering obligations.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 77pu will never ask for your password. Any unauthorized account access should be reported to 77pu support immediately via live chat. 77pu accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits are accepted via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction in the cashier section. 77pu does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

77pu reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that meet thresholds specified under Philippine anti-money laundering law or PAGCOR directives.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Standard processing time for GCash withdrawals from verified accounts is under fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) banking business days.

77pu reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or where required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.

5.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as inactive. 77pu will attempt to notify the registered mobile number prior to applying any inactivity fee. Details of applicable inactivity fees are displayed in the Account Settings section of the platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

77pu offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must satisfy stated wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 77pu's aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77pu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from platform use regardless of the basis of the claim.

77pu does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free platform availability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, and third-party payment provider interruptions may affect service availability.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

77pu collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). 12. Responsible Gaming

13. Account Suspension & Termination

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

• Instruction from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority.

Upon termination, 77pu will return the verified Real Money Balance (net of any amounts owed to 77pu) to the User within a reasonable period, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable legal holds. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account suspension or termination where the User is in breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or the use of the 77pu platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between a User and 77pu, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 77pu's internal complaints procedure by contacting support via live chat. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, the User may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.
